Ye'olde Pokemon

If Pokemon had been invented a hundred year earlier it would have looked like this. Less anime more traditional Japanese art.

How to Survive Left 4 Dead

Now that I'm finally playing Left 4 Dead 2, yes I know it came out before Christmas, I feel this is appropriate.

If you're a 90's kid you will LOVE this!

On my journeys around youtube I came across something amazing, something of epic retro 90's proportions. In December 09 Mark Paul Gosselaar, aka Zack Morris, Mr Saved By The Bell was on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' in the US. follow the read link to see....

Interesting look behind the making of movie credits

One of the things I loves most about the movie Sherlock Holmes was its end credits. I'm an illustrator so I really notice things like this and I think they are gorgeous looking credits.
I stumbled across a look behind the scenes into the process of how these were made.

Because every thing's better in Lego

If someone could re-make this movie totally out of Lego, I would totally go see it, of course it would probably take another 14 years to do, but Lego would still be just as popular, because lets face it, everything gets better when you combine it with Lego.

Holy Sh**

I was getting excited about the mech test Tony Stark figure from Hot Toys but I just came across this, its not for sale, but OMG is it amazing, so detailed, right down to the little screens. Gah, fangasm.

Epic snow fight

Now anyone who knows me knows of my love for snow, it brings out the little kid in me. So this is awesome, especially Jonathon Ross' dive throw.

TotalFinder, a more complete Finder

As an art student I often find myself on the brink of a deadline with various files open on my desktop and finder windows all over the place because I frequently need something from each of them, and there are only so many finder windows you can go through to find the one you want before you start to go insane. Cue the TotalFinder.

What has been seen cannot be unseen

Come this time next year when they're giving awards out for the best and worst of 2010, I hope they consider this for creepiest robot of the year.

Movie classics go retro

These movie posters done in retro game style by graphic artist 'Penny Design' are great, wish I'd had some of these growing up.

My head just exploded from awesomeness

As a self confessed Iron Man fangirl I love seeing people's Iron Man suits that they have made at home but I often feel let down at the final hurdle. The suits are made perfectly but always to fit the wrong proportioned people, often on the larger side or shorter side so its always slightly embarrassing to see them at a movie premiere. Well not anymore!

Now all I need is a laptop

CES has just been over in the US and revealed many cool stuff, like this app called Inklet for Macbooks that gives your trackpad tablet capabilities.

Post No. 1, more to follow

I just had an epiphany.

Now I go on alot of blog sites each day, checking news on tech and gadgets, movies, comics, gaming, the usual geek stuff and I end up spamming all over my friends Facebook pages about stuff they might like, so now i'm bringing all the random stuff into one place, my own geeky blog ^_^
